about seven miles west of Charleston in the town of Nitro, West Virginia, the site occupied a total of approximately 100 acres and is situated adjacent to the Kanawha River in a moderately populated area.    <br /><br />Recmediation liquidated the process equipment and electrical systems throughout the site. The sales generated offset the cost of the project. This project was a net positive to the client.  <br /><br />There were approximately twenty five buildings demolished and fifteen tank farms.  The entire facility was brought down to grade.
