Recmediation, Inc. is in the process of completing a large project for Dow Chemical in Texas. The project consists of demolition, dismantlement and rigging. The project is in an active facility. Several structures needed to be dismantled from active portions of the site which required engineering analysis and surgical demolition techniques. The project has been ongoing for eight months without a reportable injury or incident. The project is expected to be completed in the next few months. Recmediation, Inc. is in the process of mobilizing a substantial project in central Florida. The project will take approximately eight months to complete. The plant is approximately 750 acres. The facility is a century-old phosphate processor that ceased operations in 2004. The processing buildings and stacks will be leveled. There will be a minimum amount of Asbestos removed, prior to demolition. The project consists of demolition and dismantlement with significant investment recovery, asset recovery and equipment sales. Recmediation, Inc. has recently completed a demolition project in Nitro, WV. Located about seven miles west of Charleston in the town of Nitro, West Virginia, the site occupied a total of approximately 100 acres and is situated adjacent to the Kanawha River in a moderately populated area.
Recmediation liquidated the process equipment and electrical systems throughout the site. The sales generated offset the cost of the project. This project was a net positive to the client.
There were approximately twenty five buildings demolished and fifteen tank farms. The entire facility was brought down to grade. Equipment utilized during the project included the following: Daewoo 450 with an articulating shear, Daewoo 290 & Daewoo 220 with grapples and multiple Cat 315 excavators with grapples, buckets and hammers.
Scrap metal generated was processed on site and recycled at local mills. All debris generated was sent to an approved landfill in Ohio.
Recmediation, Inc. removed and liquidated approximately 4.2 miles of rail.
A mobile rock crusher was utilized to crush the concrete to a +- 3”. The crushed material was used as backfill.
There were three concrete silos in the plant that were imploded using Precision explosives of New York.
In completion of the project the entire site was filled to grade.
During the duration of the project, the crew size varied from eight to twenty union employees.
The project was completed in approximately fourteen months without injury or incident.

| Dismantlement WV October 2005 |

Recmediation, Inc. has recently completed a dismantlement project in Parkersburg, WV. The project consisted of the removal of a 90 foot brick stack and ancillary equipment.
The dismantlement of the stack was done by hand; utilizing high reaches and our labor force. The stack was dismantled by hand due to the close proximity of operating equipment, pipe bridges and the poor condition of the stack.
The project was completed safely without injury or incident in four weeks.

Hydrogen Plant
Project Scope:
• This project entails the dismantling of a complete hydrogen Plant and Waste Treatment plant. This plant is located in an operating area and includes columns in excess of 180' in height.
